SHIPPING & DELIVERY



WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Items are shipped from multiple warehouses worldwide. Orders are processed within 3 business days of the time you place your order. All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated. Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping location. Unless otherwise specified in the product description you should expect to receive your order within 20 business days of the ship date.  Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once orders are in the possession of the USPS we can no longer be responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If you need EXPRESS service please email us ContactUs@KiRoKidsBoutique.com. As we provide free shipping, any express orders must be prepaid by customer.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Currently we provide free domestic shipping on all orders in the United States and FREE international shipping. Subject to change without notice.

SIZING

The bust/chest measurement is taken by measuring your little one on the front side of their chest in centimeters (from underarm to underarm). The length of our dresses are taken from the top of the dress (where it touches the shoulder) to the bottom hem and are also in centimeters.

HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN?

When available there will be a size chart on the product page. When in doubt about choosing a size, feel free to email us ContactUs@KiRoKidsBoutique.com with your questions about a specific item and we will be happy to assist.

ORDER ISSUES

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Orders cannot be edited or canceled after they have been placed. One of the ways we ensure quick delivery to you is do a quick processing time. Once you place your order, it immediately is on its way to fulfillment.

I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your email to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sending different packages than each delivery packing slip will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the packing slip from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything. If an item is missing, please contact our customer support team with the order number and the missing items number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can. Please allow up to 20 business days to receive your item.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM IN MY ORDER?

We want to sort out any issues with damaged items right away. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our customer care team with the following

-the order number

-the faulty items name and description

-photo of the fault

We will get back to you as soon as possible and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

I HAVE AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items right away. Please contact our customer care team at ContactUs@KiRoKidsBoutique.com with your order number and the incorrect items name. We will get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Although our quality control is excellent, in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your clothing items within 30 days of receiving your item. Item must be on unworn and in saleable condition, and all tags must be attached. We do not offer refunds. Once your item is received and processed, a store credit will be generated in the amount of the item for store credit, less the cost of original shipping fees we incurred.

Accessories, products noted as a final selling the description, shoes, bathing suits, and sell items are final sale. If we receive final sale items back to us there will be fees associated with sending the items back to you. Please contact customer service by email or live chat BEFORE returning any unused merchandise for assistance with processing your return.

Once we receive the original item or items and your package is processed, you will receive a credit in the form of an electronic gift card in the amount paid excluding any shipping cost. This usually takes between 5 and 7 business days after we received the items. We do not offer refunds. We will gladly accept back any unworn items with tags attached or issue a store credit within 30 days of the day you received your item(s). Items must be unworn, in sellable condition with tag attached. All sell items, products noted as final sells, or clearance in description, shoes, bathing suits and accessories are final sale.
